When do my generations renew?

Free users get 10 generations per month.

Why do you limit how many I can create?

We have a lot of users, and creating images of this quality takes significant computing power. We limit generations so everyone can have a fast experience. If you need more images, you can purchase a boost, upgrade your plan, or wait until your monthly allowance refreshes.

Licensing

Can I use the images for commercial purposes?

You can use any image you generate on the free, Basic, and Plus plans for personal use. For commercial use, you’ll need a paid Studio plan.

Why does it change things that I told it not to change?

Unfortunately, AI models aren’t perfect. It doesn’t always respond in ways that you’d expect. However, that’s why we offer a lot of generations so you can keep making it perfect! We’re making updates daily that should improve this!

Does it work with architectural drawings?

It does a great job, given the right orientation and prompt.

Storage and Privacy

Do you save the photos I upload?

We don’t store your uploaded images on Onton. They get destroyed on every render, and there is no way to recover them.

Where are the spaces I generated?

If you’re a premium user, we save all your generation history. If you’re a free user, we only save the last 7 days. Please make sure you download or take a screenshot before regenerating!
