How do I contact Onton support?
For paid members, check the Stripe invoice in your onboarding email for premium support access. For general inquiries, email us at hello @ onton dot com.
How do I cancel my Onton subscription?
To cancel your Onton subscription, click the profile icon bottom left of the navigation, select "Manage Subscription," and follow the prompts. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period. If you're open to sharing why you're leaving, we would love to know how to improve to win you back.
